Wanted to share my experience in dealing with Jeff Chopick at Custom Computers. Jeff is very knowledgeable at his profession of servicing and dealing with computers. I have been a customer over the years and have been treated with the utmost respect from him. I have very little knowledge with computers when problems arise, and Jeff has always made me feel comfortable when working on any of my computers without making me feel like he is talking down to me. He just recently took the time at his shop to sit with me and step by step transferred all my files into a new computer and took the time to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted. Also the next day took the time over the phone and installed another piece of equipment for me hooked into my computer. He never made me feel like I was stupid and should know things myself. His prices are super reasonable and everyone is very friendly. Down to earth. They are there for you when you need them. No problem is too small. Thanks again for all your help.

I received excellent service both times that you had my computer in your shop. Also any time I have called, you have not only been knowledgeable, but courtious and have even stayed on the phone until my problem was solved, even though it didn’t have anything to do with the work you did. Thank you!

I can’t believe how fast I got my computer back. I’ve taken it to other places and they have it for weeks. Custom Computers contacted me in one day and returned my computer the next day. Matt was very helpful when I came in to pick my computer up. He answered all my questions. Thank you and my son thanks you because he was without a computer for only a day!!!!!!

It’s nice to know there are people we can count on. With everything we had to deal with after the fire, the one thing we knew we didn’t have to worry about was our computer. We knew when we got it back it would be the way it should be. It would be nice if everything was this easy.

Scott was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my computer issues. He’s very patient and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

My new site is so much faster and easier to work with than my old site. It used to take I have nothing but the highest regard for the gentleman that helped me with my computer problems. I find them very competent and their fees are very fair. I would recommend them to anyone, especially like me, who aren’t the most technologically advanced.me an hour or more to update a page.

Though it may be “Friday the 13th” and lots of superstition surrounding it, it’s been a great day. Hats off to Custom Computers in Kingston, who was able to take a hard drive that died, and get the data I needed off this morning – They made my day! Thank you very much!
