Matthew thoroughly and patiently explained how to work the spy systems installed on the computer. He did not rush through – but reapeated instructions when necessary. Since I am a novice, this was grealty appreciated.

Though it may be “Friday the 13th” and lots of superstition surrounding it, it’s been a great day.
