Custom Computers can come directly to your home or business to diagnose and resolve many computer issues on location. In most cases, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting can be completed during the visit without you having to disconnect your system or transport it anywhere.
If a repair requires more extensive work that cannot be completed on-site, we can arrange transportation of the computer to our service center and return it to you once the repair is completed.

On-Site Service Rates
Our standard on-site service rate is $110 per hour with a one-hour minimum charge. Discounted pricing is available through prepaid service blocks for customers who require ongoing support or larger projects.
For locations more than 10 miles from our Kingston service center, a transportation charge will apply. This charge is calculated based on the travel time from our location to yours using our standard hourly labor rate. Travel charges apply only to the trip to your location and do not include return travel time.
We offer services on both an hourly and a contracted basis. For businesses that depend on reliable and responsive technology support, we also provide service agreements designed for mission-critical operations that require priority service and fast response times..
