My only suggestion is that when you are going over programs like spyware etc, like myself not to familiar with a computer, you might want to consider a print out of what you are going over. If they don't need one & understand what you are going over, that is fine. Everything was gone over really well but when I got home I had gotten really nervous about doing what I was shown.  Even though my son was with me & knows more about a computer than me, he thought it was a lot to take in. I felt stupid asking for a paper & pen to write down what to do so I would not mess up anything.  The person who fixed my computer explained things fully.  I know I asked a lot of questions so I would not forget, but when I got home I was blank on what to do.  He had shown me where to pull up instructions on what he had gone over if I got stuck & I that is what I did.  If I know anyone who is in need of a computer being fixed or help in getting one, I would highly recommend Custom Computers!

Custom Computers is the only place I turn to for help with my computer.  Many times one of your associates helps me correct my problem with a helpful hint over the phone.  I trust that you are honest and competent and I do refer you whenever anyone asks where to take a computer for repairs.
