Free Online Technical Support is available for Custom Computers built computer systems as well as issues directly related to service we have performed on other systems in our service center. Support can be acquired by following these steps.

Always reboot your computer system and try again before requesting technical support. As many as 50% of software problems are cleared up by a system reboot

If we are unable to resolve the issue using our HelpDesk we will be more than happy to call you or have you call in during normal business hours to solve the problems.
 

If we are still unable to resolve the issue via telephone we may ask you to bring your system in to our service center to be serviced. Some issues cannot be solved via phone.

If you do not have the ability to bring your system in to our service center, we can arrange to have someone pickup the system for you and return it to our service center and upon completion, we will return the system and connect it for you. Our standard pickup/delivery charge would apply for this additional service.If requested, an onsite technician can be dispatched to your location to repair the issue for you without you having to move the system. Our typical onsite hourly service rate would apply for this additional service.
